THE PRODUCTION

An idea, an investment, and a whole lot of heart.

[title of show] was an independent production I developed and produced from its earliest stages, bringing together a team of artists and creatives who shared a genuine passion for the work.

Built around a profit-share investment model, the production involved securing business sponsorship, managing the financial and operational arrangements, and overseeing the creative and technical delivery. Despite its modest scale, the production was financially successful, returning a small profit.

Beyond the financial result, what made this production particularly special was the extraordinary commitment of everyone involved. It was a work with enormous heart, brought to the stage by a team who genuinely loved what they were creating.
